My waiting list for commissions fluctuates throughout the year, with my busiest period being the months pre-christmas. I create each piece over a week or two, depending on the size so that I am able to take a step back from the piece and review it. If you need a portrait for a specific date, please let me know in advance so I can arrange this for you.

As standard, my commissioned pieces come with a mount. Framing can be arranged, just keep in mind that this will be for an additional charge for the frame and for postage & packaging.

Yes, I ask for a 25% deposit before starting your commission. The final amount is paid before sending or on collection.

Postage is included for commissions over £300. For pieces less than this, there will be a charge of £9.99 for UK orders. You are very welcome to collect your piece in person from the Eye, Suffolk area. Please get in touch with me to arrange.

Unfortunately, I am not able to offer refunds, however if there is a problem with your order, please let me know.

I hold no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to postal services.
